SWAN – South West Arthroplasty Network meeting for consultants, trainees or other interested healthcare professionals where interesting and challenging cases will be discussed, led by experts within the region.
SWPOG – South West Paediatric Orthopaedic Group meeting for consultants, trainees or other interested healthcare professionals where challenging paediatric cases and updates on regional and national guidelines will be discussed, led by experts within the region.
Trainees Session – This year we will have a Junior (CT1-ST4) and Senior (ST5-8) themed session.
The junior themed session will focus on the practical application of Ex-Fix’s of the upper limb, lower limb and pelvis.
The senior themed session will focus on preparation for consultant practice including tips and tricks for consultant interviews, job planning and an introduction to private practice.
SWOC meeting – Annual academic meeting which will showcase the latest research within the region and will have our special guest Professor Deborah Eastwood, delivering the Kenneth Pridie Memorial Lecture.

Rooms at the venue (Tewkesbury Park Hotel, www.tewkesburypark.co.uk) are available at a special discounted rate of £125 inc. breakfast for Wednesday & Thursday night, which is available until April 12th (three weeks before SWOC), so please book early to avoid disappointment.
